July 2026 We stayed at this villa as a group of 12, and we had a wonderful experience. The house was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kids' pool was a great bonus for our family. The host was kind, friendly, and always willing to help whenever we needed anything. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. We would definitely love to come back!

June 2026 The villa was amazing! We were welcomed from the first moment, with all the equipment we needed. The place is huge with ocean view, a clean and big pool, with a well-maintained kitchen. Notice that there are local neighbours around so you wont be able to be loud in very late hours. Athina is amazing and you will have an amazing time in here villa.

Septemer 2025 We really enjoyed our stay! We had a group of 12 and it worked out perfectly with plenty of space for everyone. Location is a little hard to find the first time, but it is centrally located to everything on that side of the island. We would definitely stay there again.

June 2025 We had such a great stay at Athinas place. There was 16 of us for a Hen Party and there was plenty of space for us to all be comfortable/spacious. The amenities and the villa were perfect, the views and pool are such a bonus! Athina met us on arrival and talked us through everything and she was so super responsive to messages which was great, particularly on the first day when we was struggling to get Taxis - she gave us (waytotransfer) details who we used all weekend! Overall we had a fab stay and would recommend to any big groups to book who are in Rhodes!
Definitly worth the money
Would highly recommend. Athina was great host, extremely nice and allowed us a late check out. Looks exactly like the photo and is very open and spacious. Definitly worth the money.

September 2023 We recently had the pleasure of staying at Athina's Villa in Rhodes, and I can't recommend it enough. Our group of 13 friends gathered for a bachelor party, and this place exceeded all our expectations. Every one of us had a comfortable spot in the spacious rooms. The pool was the perfect place to relax, and the multiple showers and toilets ensured no one was ever waiting. The kitchen was fully equipped, making meal prep a breeze, truly everything you'd need to relish the beauty of Rhodes. But what set our experience apart was the warmth and kindness of Athina and her husband. They went above and beyond, with her husband even offering to drive us to the supermarket in his personal car. Such gestures aren't easily forgotten. Heartfelt thanks to both of them for making our vacation truly memorable. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with hosts who genuinely care, Athina's Villa is the place to be.

July 2023 Athina’s vila is een absolute aanrader! Het huis is heel groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het enorme terras met prachtig uitzicht over de omgeving en Turkije, en de tuin met zwembad zijn fenomenaal! Je kunt altijd wel ergens in de zon of juist de schaduw zitten. De omgeving is rustig. Athina en haar familie zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We zouden zo weer gaan! Wij verbleven er met 3 gezinnen van onze familie, totaal 12 personen.

May 2023 Athina was a fantastic host, she went above and beyond to accommodate our early check in. The Villa is fantastic, the pool is beautiful and the outdoor seating is great for larger groups. Would recommend to anyone!
